Mononoke No Kuni
'Taiki, a lonely boy, suddenly loses his only family—his beloved puppy, Musashi. Overcome with grief, he prays at a shrine, and Musashi is miraculously revived as an "Inubashira," a divine canine. However, he is bound by mysterious cursed chains. A shrine maiden, Kushinada, appears and tells Taiki, "If you gather the sacred relics from Mononoke No Kuni, you can save Musashi."
