Doors open at 10:00 for the public and close at 17:00.
All food and beverages are prohibited, except for drinks contained in sealed pet bottles.
While strollers are permitted, it can become very crowded in the venue and navigating a stroller will be difficult and we strongly recommend against it.
Yes. BitSummit takes pride in being a kids and family friendly game show. All underaged children must be accompanied and kids under 12 can come in for free!
Yes! We’re proud to host some of the great local Kyoto eateries at BitSummit! 58 Diner will be serving their delicious BitSummit burgers and there will be a food court and food trucks with an assortment of different flavors.
One-day tickets cost 2000JPN, two days tickets cost 3000JPN.
If you are a student, One-day tickets cost 1000JPN and two days tickets 1500JPN.
Kids under 12 are allowed in free.
Tickets are given in the form of wristbands. If you plan to come for both days, we will provide you with both day’s respective wristbands. Please be careful not to lose them as we will not give you any replacement wristbands!

Publishers interested in attending BitSummit have a couple of options. Our preferred option for publishers if for them to become official sponsors. Sponsorship gives you booth space on the show floor, gives you access to developer contact information, an invite to our developer mixer, and a host of other benefits. You may come and go as you wish as long as you can show us your valid wristband for entry that day.
