Sano’s career began with Investment Bank in 2008, where Sano has 4 years experience in M&A advisory services and later private equity funds coverage.
In 2012, Sano moved to Investment and Trading house called “Sogo Shosha” in Japan. In this role Sano was accountable for a wide range of businesses, from investment evaluation to decision-making and post-investment management specialising in the mining and resources projects over in Japan, South America and Australia.
Sano also has experience as Board of Director and CFO of TSE listed media services company.
With a robust and long-term relationship with PONOS and The Battle Cats, Sano joined PONOS in 2022.
Appointed COO and Managing Director in 2023, Sano has been leading PONOS’s growth through both business execution and development organization management.
