{"id":654,"date":"2025-06-27T18:34:56","date_gmt":"2025-06-27T09:34:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bitsummit.org\/13th\/?post_type=guest&#038;p=654"},"modified":"2025-07-03T19:09:02","modified_gmt":"2025-07-03T10:09:02","slug":"hideki-kamiya-2","status":"publish","type":"guest","link":"https:\/\/bitsummit.org\/13th\/en\/guest\/hideki-kamiya-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Hideki Kamiya"},"content":{"rendered":"Hideki Kamiya was born in Matsumoto in Japan\u2019s Nagano prefecture in 1970.<br>\r\nThroughout his career, he\u2019s directed Resident Evil 2, Viewtiful Joe, Okami, Bayonetta, and The Wonderful 101.\r\nOn Bayonetta 2, Bayonetta 3, Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon, and Sol Cresta, Kamiya served as executive director, supervising each project and taking charge of their stories and scripts.<br>\r\nHis career in game development took him from Capcom and Clover Studio to PlatinumGames.
